Excellent Stay, Clean Room and Central Location
fresh flowers early check-in free beverage delicious breakfast
I appreciated the fresh smell and the fresh flowers in the entryway. The owner allowed us to check in early. The room had tea, coffee, biscuits, and two bottles of water. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service.
The door was a bit tight because of the carpet.

An Okay Stay, But Some Issues
running toilet shower door
I found a couple of things off . The toilet kept running at night. It was in room 9, and there were no curtains, only a vertical blind. The shower door also did not shut correctly. Small things, but they added up.

The breakfast had plenty of choice and all was fresh.
I encountered a surly staff member upon arrival. She. I felt there was a lack of professionalism in how I was spoken to. It was not acceptable.

a great stay!
clean room lovely breakfast attentive host
the location proved great , close to central pier. i found my room clean and breakfast was indeed lovely. kelly was very attentive .
i noticed some minor wear on the carpets in the hallway.

the staff provided a warm welcome upon my arrival , and kelly was very professional and accommodating. communication was good, and i received helpful and friendly service throughout my stay.

a secure multi-storey car park stood just a minute's walk away, so it was very practical. i enjoyed a very nice breakfast with all my wishes catered for. the bed was particularly comfortable in my room.

The breakfast offered a great choice. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The location was near the main attractions, easy to get around.
The bed was quite uncomfortable with springs easily felt. The pillows were also very flat. The blinds in the room did not fit well. They let in too much early morning light.

Family and staff was really friendly and cute. The facilities was great. The bed were super comfy and I sleep well. The breakfast are amazing with several options.
